This is a story of a herb born on the west side
My life as a humble sensi plant
I have fulfilled needs, I have fulfilled wants

I am a ganja plant by the
Name of Calibud
Eaten steamed, Smoked in pipe, spliffs and Chillum,
By lawyers and doctors.
I’m dearly loved
I am the source of inspiration
Over standing and wisdom.

Born and grown in Cessmoreland
To be a high grade herb that’s
My ambition,
I’m divine and sacred to the
Rasta man
I'm the healing of the nation
Dem guys call I weed
Conspiring to eradicate my breed.

My life as a humble sensi plant
I have fulfilled needs, I have fulfilled wants
Yet I'm always hunted by John law
Still I'm the highest prescript the boom, boom draw.

Some call me Marijuana, Mary-Jane
In Jamaica, Mexico or Spain
the name’s Jus’ the same,
Don't be lame
By Land, air and sea
That’s how I’m traded,
Transported in ships, trains
And air cargo planes.

I’m used for recreation
And spiritual meditation,
In health institution
I’m used as a medication
Scientist utilize me in their
Inventions.
I made the paper that wrote
America first constitution.

I’ve got a lot of grades in my family,
Hazel skunk, Indeka, Cotton
Weed, Sensi, Cambodia, Alaska,
Purple skunk, Lamps bread,
Thyme weed Collie
Make up my biology.
